👨‍💻 About Me

I'm Theo, a researcher at the intersection of computational biology and deep learning.

  • 🎓 I have a bachelor's degree from the School of Software at Shandong University.
  • 🔭 I’m currently working on AI4S, especially AI4Bio / intelligent bioinformatics.
  • 🌱 I used to study Distributed Systems and Cloud Native technologies.

🧬 Research

I work on molecular representation learning, with a focus on RNA structure modeling and RNA-ligand interaction prediction.

I was a Research Assistant @ WeiLab, Shandong University (2 years) and CUHK (current).
