Better initial affine alignment

• Adjustment to affine registration convergence threshold, which should give better initial alignment.

Tissue weights

• Tissue weights have been added. Currently a hidden, and disabled by default, feature. Do run.del_settings = 1 to try it out.
• Some default have also changed that, empirically, seems to perform better.

* Disable hyperpriors default setting so that the estimated priors

  on the means just use the maximum likelihood estimates.
* Added four more iterations on the Gauss-Siedel iterations of the
  template updates.
* Changed the tolerance for assessing convergence of the overall
  algorithm.
