Ad Constraint Calculator

Design Context

Users

AI-agency owners and their account managers / growth partners. They run paid ads to acquire clients and need to find the single constraint capping profitable growth. Numerate operators who think in CAC, LTGP, ROAS, churn. Used at a desk during focused modeling sessions and in weekly client calls — not casual browsing.

Brand Personality

Blunt, exacting, profit-first. Hormozi-influenced. "Numbers don't lie." Confident and a little swaggering, but grounded entirely in math. Three words: exacting, blunt, operator-grade. Not corporate-soft, not playful, not cute.

Aesthetic Direction

Modern and elevated, and unmistakably human-designed — must NOT read as generic AI output. Dark, instrument/cockpit feel for focused work. Signature warm amber accent with green = healthy and red = profit leak status semantics. Avoid purple, pink, cyan-on-dark, neon gradients, and the Inter/AI-default look. Distinctive grotesque display type + monospaced numerals for a precise, financial- instrument read.

Type: Bricolage Grotesque (display/headings), Hanken Grotesk (body/UI/labels), Spline Sans Mono (all metric numbers and slider readouts). Never Inter.

Design Principles

  1. One metric leads. LTGP:CAC and the constraint diagnosis are the hero; every other number supports them. Hierarchy must reflect that.
  2. Numbers are the interface. Tabular, monospaced, precise. The data carries the design — not decoration.
  3. Blunt clarity over decoration. Every element earns its place. Remove anything that doesn't move the diagnosis forward.
  4. Color is a signal, used sparingly. Amber = attention/brand, green = healthy, red = leak. No color for its own sake. (60/30/10 weighting.)
  5. Elevated restraint. Distinctive type, warm-tinted neutrals, and tight spatial rhythm do the work — not effects, glows, or glassmorphism.

Theme

Dark, derived from context: focused operator tool used at a desk/evening, cockpit identity, builds on the approved direction. Warm-tinted (neutrals lean toward the amber hue), never pure black or pure white.
