The VCP v1.1 Silver Tier reference implementation simplifies algorithmic trading on TradingView. It demonstrates secure audit trails with Ed25519 signatures, uses RFC 6962 Merkle trees, and supports external anchoring via webhooks. This project follows the principle of "Verify, Don't Trust."
