Replace the separate Browse + Upload buttons (and the 'No file selected'
hint label) with a single full-width 'Upload image' button that picks
the file and uploads it to Blossom in one action. Click again to
replace.
Restore click-to-upload on the banner panel and avatar circle with
hover overlays ('Click to upload banner' / 'Upload') so the previews
themselves act as upload targets, matching the previous UX.
Code-behind: collapse the dual file-bytes / content-type / filename /
upload-icon fields into a single PickAndUploadAsync(bool isBanner)
flow, add WirePreviewClickTarget for the preview-click wiring, and
prune ResetVisualState of the removed fields.
The Create Project wizard reuses a single ScrollViewer across all six steps (visibility toggles on each step UserControl), so navigating Next/Previous or jumping via the stepper carried the previous step's scroll offset into the new step. Cache the StepScrollViewer in the constructor and call ScrollToHome() whenever CurrentStep changes or ResetVisualState() runs. Posted at Loaded priority so it executes after the new step's layout pass and the ScrollViewer has its updated Extent.
The Type + Status pills on portfolio investment cards sat flush against each other because the WrapPanel had no item spacing. Add ItemSpacing=4 for horizontal gap and LineSpacing=4 so pills also have vertical breathing room when they wrap to a new line on narrow cards.
