• Carefully check early on that publication will be possible from the licensing perspective, ask if in doubt. In particular:
  • some open source licenses may be a problem
  • proprietary software free for non-commercial use may be a problem
  • datasets have licenses too
  • models computed from irregular data sources may be a problem
