"Full scraper" v1.0

The main project of this repository will now be full_scraper though the other code will probably remain of use to someone.

The full_scraper/ source code and included documentation (README.md) should be sufficient to run this. A zip file of data output is also included, attached below.

This is all mostly stable but I'm labeling it a pre-release as "non-production ready".

Initial Release

Can scrape soccer match results from OddsPortal.com to a SQLite database. Limited options.

Only tested on Windows with Python 3.x
