Adds Dusty to the Utilities section.\n\nDusty is a macOS menu bar disk cleaner that reclaims space from caches, logs, and developer junk. It shows every path before removing anything and uses an allowlist-only deletion engine.\n\nChecked the contribution guidelines: searched for duplicates, used the existing one-line format, placed it in Utilities near similar disk-cleaning tools, started the description with a capital, and ended it with a full stop.
