🪨 What I'm building now — Project Basalt
Building the physical layer for a digital generation.
The remote-work revolution freed labor from the office, but not from the landlord, the grid, or the supply chain. Project Basalt is a remote-work settlement whose members own the land they live on, the systems that power their homes, and the governance that runs their society — a sociocratic operating system, version-controlled in public, with an alpha site in Drinić, BiH.
It's the clearest expression of how I think: spot what others walked past, then do the unsexy ten-year work to make it real.
