The contributing guide leans toward developer-integration tools (CLI, API, SDK), but the existing Completely Free table already includes consumer-facing web apps like Carbon, Diagrams.net, Ray.so, NotebookLM, JigsawMake, and similar. Happy to revise if you'd prefer a tighter category or want to keep the list strictly developer-focused.
