We don't have any consumers for them anymore in ROS 2.
Unfortunately no support for it in ROS 2 launch infrastructure.
Migrate to ament_cmake and updated dependency declarations and exports.
They've been deprecated since ROS Kinetic.
Package is hosted in non-experimental repository for some time now.
Don't link the ROS 1 wiki anymore (where possible).
Remove references to ROS 1 wiki as much as possible, update build instructions, etc.
