@TasfinMahmud , what's the purpose of validate_run.py. and, I can find the validation run scripts for all 3 datasets, but where is CWRU script? |

This PR replaces the outdated PR #19 with a single, clean commit to keep the repository history pristine for pip packaging.
Final Deliverables Included:
generate_paper_tables.pyto extract and plot the continuous physical RMS shift instead of the old CNN failure probability. (Fixes the flat 1.0 risk graph issue).validate_run.pyto accept the continuous Y-outcomes from the Rung-3 causal engine.EXPERIMENTS.md,CHANGELOG.md, and architecture docs to reflect the 5-layer pipeline for the paper.
