Purpose

The Troubleshooting IT Issues Skill is designed to help users resolve problems related to software, hardware, network, and system performance. This skill provides guidance for diagnosing and fixing errors, crashes, connectivity issues, installation problems, and security-related concerns.

Instructions for Use

1. Make sure you have Node.js and npm installed on your system (required for using npx).

2. Install this skill using one of the following methods:

   • Using the Skills CLI:

     npx skills add https://github.com/tejasashinde/troubleshooting-it-issues

   • OR manually:
     • Clone the repository.
     • Place the troubleshooting-it-issues folder inside the skills directory (e.g., .claude/skills).

3. Trigger the skill using:

   My Microsoft Word keeps crashing whenever I try to open a document. What can I do?

   or

   My printer keeps showing a paper jam even though there’s no paper stuck.
