Analyzing GSE50161 - which contains samples from ependymoma, glioblastoma, medulloblastoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, and normal brain - in order to see whether expression profiles could distinguish tumor types and reveal pathways linked to tumor growth, neural identity loss, immune context, and tumor microenvironment remodeling.
