Minor release: the eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Ledger (QEL) profile. A new downstream profile maps a Vaara receipt chain to the QEL record model without adding a primitive.

It crosswalks the shipped substrate (append-only hash chain, recompute-from-bytes tamper-evidence, RFC 3161 / qualified timestamp anchoring, RFC 6962 transparency proofs) to each requirement and marks what only a Qualified Trust Service Provider adds: key custody, a qualified seal over the export, and conformity assessment. The profile is deliberately gated. The QEL implementing act is not adopted as of June 2026, so nothing carries "qualified" status until a listed QTSP operates the chain.- Release pipeline:
