I'm a Computer Engineering student and a Biomedical Engineering graduate, specialising in Medical Informatics. My work sits at the intersection of software engineering and machine learning, especially deep learning, data pipelines, and backend systems.

* In my free time, I develop the backend for the Oncosort project.
* Actively learning Machine Learning / Deep Learning and Software Engineering.
* For my engineering thesis, I implemented Vision Transformers (ViT) to detect thyroid cancer from ultrasound images and compared them with CNNs.
* For my master's thesis, I am implementing a Distance-Based Out-of-Distribution Detector evaluating on ViT and CNN architecture extracted embeddings.
